Out of Pocket/No Insurance:
If you do not have insurance or plan to pay out-of-pocket for services, we do accept private pay. Please contact our billing department to discuss pricing.
Easter Seals/Regional Center Referrals:
The Easter Seals or Regional Center Coordinator who referred you to DG Therapy Group will discuss your needs with a DG Therapy Group Case Manager.
The DG Therapy Group Case Manager will then contact and assign you a therapist, based upon your child’s specific needs and your family’s goals.
HMO Intake Process
Ask your Primary Care Physician (PCP) to submit a referral request to your insurance company. You have the option of requesting DG Therapy Group as the provider. It is at the discretion of the HMO to decide which provider they will refer.
Upon referral, call the DG Therapy Group billing department to verify your covered insurance and ensure the HMO faxed the authorization. Once confirmed, the Case Manager from DG Therapy Group will follow up and schedule your evaluation/treatment.
PPO Intake Process
Patients can call our intake department – it takes about 15 minutes for us to get all your basic information and insurance information. We will also need a prescription from your physician in order for us to verify your insurance benefits. Once we receive a prescription and general intake information, we will verify your benefits and call you within 48 hours for scheduling. Please provide initial evaluation, if it is valid/completed within the year.
