Therapy Benefits Full-Time
Company Paid Benefits:
- $500 reimbursed per year for continued education- must be pediatric specific (CPR
included)
- Reimbursements of tuberculosis tests (Up to $30.00), CA Therapy Board License, Costco
& AAA memberships (basic membership)
- 7 Paid Holidays (6 hours paid for each day)
- 2 Floating Holidays: Birthday Holiday & Anniversary Holiday (6 hours), must be taken
30 day before or after eligible date.
- Paid Vacation Time (60 hours, based upon accrual and tenure)

o Dental Guardian (PPO): Employee pays the difference based upon Guardian
(DHMO) rate.
- Vision Guardian VSP: Employee only 100% paid by the Company
- Hartford Life: $20,000 Employee only 100% paid by the Company
o Hartford Life Upgrade: Employee can add an additional amount, 100% paid by
the Employee

Full-Time Benefits 40 hours– eligible after 90 days of continuous employment:
- 7 Paid Holidays* (8 hours paid for each day)
- 2 Floating Holidays: Birthday Holiday & Anniversary Holiday (8 hours), must be taken 30 day before or after eligible date.
- Paid Vacation Time (40 hours, based upon accrual and tenure), after every year you are added an extra day of vacation up to 80 hours per year.
- Paid Sick Days (24 hours per year, based upon accrual)
